Gonzalez Shah Smith, Inc. (GSS) was founded in 2018 by Inti Gonzalez, P.E., Patrica Robinson, and Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. (SSA). Together, GSS and SSA bring a fully integrated team of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/F) engineers with extensive experience delivering sustainable design, master planning, construction management, and MEP commissioning services. GSS is an MEP/F consulting engineering firm with offices in Austin, Dallas and Houston.
Inti Gonzalez spent many years with Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, leading both renovation and new construction projects. His expertise includes HVAC, plumbing, central plants, thermal distribution, commissioning, and sustainable design, with a focus on delivering practical, high-performing solutions that meet project goals, budgets, and schedules.
Patrica Robinson brings many decades of accounting and human resource experience, including over 20 years in the AEC industry.
