Project Overview

Gonzalez Shah Smith is providing MEP/FP engineering and building commissioning services for the Fort Worth Law and Education Building, the first of five planned buildings for Texas A&M–Fort Worth. Located in downtown Fort Worth, the campus is part of a broader investment in education, workforce development, and economic growth for Fort Worth and the surrounding region. The eight-story, 228,000-square-foot facility includes classrooms, laboratories, a law library, faculty and administrative offices, collaboration spaces, and a moot courtroom. The building is designed to support programs in law, health sciences, and engineering while creating a multidisciplinary environment for education, research, and collaboration. The Law and Education Building represents an important milestone in the continued development of Texas A&M–Fort Worth, strengthening the university's growing presence in downtown Fort Worth and its broader investment in the region.
