Gonzalez Shah Smith, Inc provided MEP Engineering and Commissioning services for a new 18,300 sq.ft. state-of-the-art building on the Texas A&M Rellis Campus. The facility was designed to be a multi-faceted-use building and including offices, conference rooms and collaboration spaces for university, industry and other subject matter experts.
Mechanical systems include chilled water, heating hot water systems, VAV Air Units, and fan coil units, and condensate recovery unit. GSS designed the building automation system for specified control sequences, operation, and functionality.
GSS provided an electrical design which included a lighting inverter and lighting control systems.
The plumbing systems includes domestic water heating distribution, and building plumbing pumps.
